The Lecturer in Social Work is responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Social Work courses, supervising student fieldwork, conducting research, and supporting community engagement activities.

The role includes preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, mentoring students, guiding research projects, and collaborating with NGOs and community organizations. The lecturer also contributes to curriculum development, institutional committees, and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with at least 55% marks.
Experience: Fresher can apply

Key Skills: Teaching, research, fieldwork supervision, communication, student mentoring, community development, and ICT-enabled learning.

Primary Goal: To educate and develop competent, ethical, and socially responsible social work professionals while contributing to the academic and community service objectives of Vidyant College.
