HOLISTIC CHILD DEVELOPMENT INDIA, a large National Charitable Organisation working for children in 13 states in India is looking for a qualified Finance Coordinator at its Pune office.

Required Qualifications:
:] Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
:] Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration in the development/non-profit
sector.
:] Experience in handling FCRA and NGO compliance is mandatory.
:] Accurate financial management with proper reporting including balance sheet and other statements.
:] Proficiency in managing Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
:] Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or similar platforms.
:] Strong coordination and reporting skills.
:] Experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, or donor-funded programs.
