About the Project: NACO revised the UNAIDS fast track strategy of 95:95:95 under NACP-V to 95:95:99 with a goal to attain HIV epidemic control in India by 1st December, 2027. We need to ensure 95-95-99 and triple elimination is achieved by 1st December, 2026 and this status is maintained for a year till 1st December, 2027. Accordingly, a new campaign known as Mobilisation AIDS Suraksha (MAS) was launched on 10th February, 2026 by ASDG NACO. 219 districts among the 758 spread across 18 states in the country were identified as priority districts depending on the PR, incidence, burden and HRG population under NACP. In Telangana, 19 districts were identified as priority and in Andhra Pradesh, 23 districts were identified as priority and Sahyogis to facilitate with the district stakeholders in achieving the goal.
LEPRA Society is the Sub-Recipient (SR) of GC7 HIV grant in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh where SAATHII is the Principal Recipient (PR) through GFATM. The SR intends to recruit Sanyojak (2 positions), a state level position (s) for Hyderabad – Telangana and at Vijayawada – Andhra Pradesh

Job Description:
• The Sanyojak plays a state-level coordination and monitoring role to ensure quality, completeness, and timely reporting of input readiness data.
The responsibilities include:
• Play the catalyst role in the state to achieve Surakshit + category by 01.12.2026
• Coordinate with SACS/ DAPCU/DISHA teams to address the challenges identified in the previous IRE before the IRE taken up for the current month
• Coordinate with the state / district level stakeholders to organize state / district level MAS review meeting
• Monitoring district-wise and program-wise data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting delays across interventions and service delivery platforms.
• Reviewing information received from Sahayogis to identify critical gaps requiring immediate attention.
• Informing the Project Director (PD), JDs, SACS officials, and concerned program divisions regarding identified data discrepancies or reporting issues.
• Coordinating with districts, Sahayogis and State officials to ensure timely reporting, rectification and validation of data gaps.
• Facilitating follow-up actions with SACS focal point for strengthening data quality and accountability mechanisms.
• Maintaining regular coordination with the NACO Nodal Officer, PR representatives, and SACS teams for reporting and review processes.
• Consolidating state-level observations, corrective actions, and compliance status for submission to NACO.
• Facilitate State level review meetings and support for strategic review, planning, and decision-making.
• To be active in multiple Whatsapp groups for early/timely responses
Technical /Area of Expertise:
• Able to do the data analysis with excel or other data analysis tools
• Able to review the data gaps
Requirements:
Total: 2 yrs Relevant: 1 yr – experience in health sector is an added advantage
Education qualification required:
• Post graduation in public health / Social Work / Social Science / Psychology)
Skills required:
• Primary:
- Able to read and write English and Telugu scripts / text and willing to travel by public transport.
- Good communication skills
• Secondary:
- Operate computer
- Knowledge on data analysis (using excel, ppt and Dashboard)
