CONTENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
1. Background:
YuWaah, Generation Unlimited in India, is a multi-stakeholder platform hosted by UN ORGANISATION that aims to ensure all young people are learning, earning, and participating in society. Since its launch in 2019, YuWaah has brought together government, private sector, civil society, philanthropic organizations, multilateral agencies, and young people to co-create and scale solutions that improve education, skilling, employability, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement outcomes for adolescents and youth.
As YuWaah enters its next phase of growth, there is a need to strengthen strategic partnerships and resource mobilization efforts to sustain and expand its impact. This includes building and nurturing relationships with corporates, foundations, philanthropies, high-net-worth individuals, and ecosystem partners; developing compelling partnership propositions; identifying new funding opportunities; and convening stakeholders around shared priorities for youth development.
To support these objectives, UN ORGANISATION seeks to engage a Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement Consultant who will provide specialized expertise in partnership development, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem building. The consultant will support YuWaah in strengthening its partnership portfolio, mobilizing financial and non-financial resources, facilitating strategic convenings, and advancing collaborative initiatives that contribute to improved outcomes for young people across India.
