About the Organization

Gramin Swasthya Rakshak Sangh (GSRS) is a non-profit organization implementing the Targeted Intervention (TI) Project in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outreach activities among the target community.
Mobilize beneficiaries for HIV testing, STI services, ART, TB screening, and other health services.
Maintain daily field records and submit timely reports.
Assist in condom promotion, behaviour change communication (BCC), and community awareness activities.
Support SOCH documentation and project data collection.
Coordinate with the Counsellor, M&E cum Accounts Officer, and Project Director for effective implementation of project activities.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in community outreach, public health, HIV/AIDS, or the NGO sector will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
Candidates having experience in Targeted Intervention (TI) Projects will be given preference.
