The Samuel Foundation is globally operating in Germany, Costa Rica, India, Nepal and Peru to impart quality education and professional training to children and youth of under privileged section of the society
 
The Trust provides a fifteen-month full time comprehensive vocational training in Fashion Design and Management course to around 225 socially under privileged adolescents at its two centers of technical education at Uttam Nagar and Garhi. The complete training is offered free of cost. The students are in the age group of 17-25 years, receiving vocational training to enable them to earn their livelihood and support their families.

Job Description / Responsibilities:-  
  1. Assisting in planning, monitoring, and evaluating skill training programs.
  2. Managing all administrative work required for the department.
  3. Assisting in the preparation and planning of the monthly training syllabus.
  4. Preparing examinations, compiling results, and conducting performance evaluations.
  5. Organizing training sessions, guest lectures, workshops, and coordinating with external examiners as required.
  6. Designing and creating posters, brochures, and promotional materials for training programs.
  7. Managing and maintaining the foundation's social media accounts and promoting training activities.
  8. Maintaining trainee records, attendance, and training documentation.
  9. Preparing training schedules, timetables, and coordinating with trainers and participants.
  10. Supporting trainee registration, onboarding, and orientation activities.
  11. Communicating with trainees regarding schedules, assessments, certifications, and other training-related updates.
  12. Coordinating certification processes and maintaining records of certificates issued.
  13. Assisting in organizing placement drives, employer interactions, and industry visits for trainees.
  14. Maintaining compliance with organizational policies and government/partner reporting requirements.
  15. Collaborating with NSDC and other such institutions.
  16. Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation related to training programs.
  17. Performing any other duties assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the training department. 
Desired profile of the candidate
  1. Post Graduate
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  3. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  5. Good knowledge of Photoshop and Coral.
  6. Diploma in fashion design would be an added advantage.

Qualification – UG/PG  MSW
