Job Description:
Now DESIRE Society is seeking for experienced developmental professionals for the position of Project Coordinator (PC) (Female / Male) at its project locations Hyderabad, Bangalore (Sakalavara, Off Bannerghatta) and Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (Vashi) in India. Hyderabad location requires only residential PC.

Job Responsibilities for Project Coordinator (PC):
Project Related:
- Daily Highlights and Reporting in time
- Staff Attendance Maintenance
- Maintain (Project Hygiene and Related Sheets and Records to be maintained)
- Coordination with Kitchen Staff (As per Management guidelines maintain the Children Diet Chart)
- Purchase management (Maintain the Bills and Vouchers according to the expenses)
- Children Educational Services related (Maintain records of all the children and Good Communication with the Educational Institutes)
- Monitoring the children drug adherence and Health Issues
- Maintain good networking with (Doctors / ART Centers / Govt Hospitals)
- Coordinating with the project related teams (Kitchen Staff / Care Givers / Medical Staff / Helpers / Driver / Security Guards) and reporting daily.
- Maintain Children Individual files, Health files, Education files, Staff related files and Records
- Attending the Child Nutrition Camps organized by DESIRE Society (Maintain Children Data, Regular follow-up with Outreach Workers and Collecting Monthly Reports and arranging logistics for the Camps)
- Child Welfare Committee related works (Children Committees, Child Related Files Maintenance, Weekly and Monthly Children Meetings Records, attending CWC Related Meetings and Training programs and Supporting CWC Inspections)
- Networking and Partnership development with supporters and stakeholders (Maintain the donors’ data and related Records)
- All project-based requirements (Children requirements, Medical requirements, Education requirements and Other Children living needs) to be maintained timely and fulfilling those needs with the help of donors.
- Organization events need to be organized with help of the team (Summer Camp, World Aids day rally, Children’s day, Corporate visits and events, Festivals and Celebrations)
- Attending weekly Staff review meeting, Monthly Doctors review meeting and Staff Orientation Programmes (Maintain related registersand files)
- Conducting Children Counselling Sessions weekly (Maintain related registersand files)
- Process of new children admissions in coordination with the stake holders
- Maintain all the children case studies
- Maintain Staff Leaves records
- Preparation of Children annual fee structure
- Submission of monthly Action plan
- Maintain the registers (Children Central admission register, relieving register, Death register, In and out register, Sick register and Visitors register)
Admin Related:
- Preparation and Submission of Bills and Vouchers timely
- Weekly Cash book and Donor related details submission
- Monthly Children attendance, Staff attendance, Bills and Vouchers
- Vehicles log book and other related documents submission
- Monthly donor data (For donation Receipts)
- Bills Submission (Health related, Education related payments, Project related and Vehicles)
- Submit the day report
Education & Experience:
- Post Graduate in MSW (With Social Work experience of at least 2-5 Years)
- Basic Computer Programs (Including MS Office)
- Good Communication and Facilitation Skills (In both regional and English languages must)
- Ability to plan and execute independently
- Ability to manage a team of Social Workers and Supporting Teams at assigned projects
Remuneration: Negotiable and depends on the candidate’s competence and experience levels.
