6.Job Description
a. About Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad : Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad is a grassroot level organisation working in Jharkhand State . We work on Women, Child Development and Protection . Through Project Sampoorna we work with the Teachers, Student, Communities, Government Stakeholders towards ensuring Social Emotional Learning.
b. Key Responsibilities :
1.Lead Program Implementation of Project Sampoorna at District and Block Level .
2. Coordinate with Government Officials , NGOs , Schools, and Communities .
3. Organise Training, Workshops and events for Teachers, Students and Stakeholder.
4. Support SEL Sessions , Bal Sansad Meeting , PTMs, GURU Gosthi, and Parent engagement activities.
5. Ensure documentation, reporting, and ethical program activities .
6. Provide technical support and capacity building to block teams and partners .
7.Ensure smooth Implementation of SEL sessions with Children ,Teachers and Communities.
8.Build partnerships with schools, communities & govt. Stakeholders.
9.Maintain documentation, reports & success stories ..
10.Liaise with government officials & ensure program visibility
c. What we Look for :
1. Master Degree in Education/Social Work/Development/or equivalent with minimum 3-4 Years of Experience. (Preference will be provided to the candidates having work experience in life Skills, SEL and Government Engagement. )
3. Experience of working with School Teachers, Block and District Officials
4.Strong Planning ,Coordination, Communication and Documentation Skills.
5.Proficient in MS Office(word English/Hindi , PPT)
6. Have Good Communication Skills, Good Knowledge of English Hindi and Local Languages.
7. Minimum 2 Years of experience in life skills, SEL, Gender, and Govt. Engagement.
d. Remuneration : Negotiable
e. Experience : 3-4 years or more in School engagement /Government Engagement/ Social Work/ SEL/Education related work
f. Travel : Extensive Travel within the district throughout all Blocks.
g. Report to : Project Manager
