Salary:** 12,000 per month + 3,000 per month Travel Reimbursement (as per project norms)

About the Organization
Dewas Jila Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS Society (DJNP+) is implementing the **Samagra Vihaan 2.0** project to strengthen community-led HIV prevention, care, support, treatment adherence, and linkage services under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP). We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our team as an Index Testing Coordinator at Khandwa.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct community outreach and identify eligible index partners of People Living with HIV (PLHIV).
* Provide confidential counselling, partner notification, and risk assessment.
* Facilitate Community-Based HIV Screening (CBS) and referral of reactive clients to ICTCs for confirmatory testing.
* Ensure timely linkage of confirmed HIV-positive individuals to ART Centres.
* Coordinate with CSCs, ICTCs, ART Centres, DAPCU, SACS, CBOs, TI projects, and community networks.
* Maintain programme records, documentation, and monthly reports.
* Achieve monthly programme targets while ensuring confidentiality, ethical standards, and quality of services.
* Travel within the assigned district to conduct field activities and follow-up visits.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
* Candidates with 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduation (in any discipline), or higher qualifications are eligible to apply.
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.*
* Candidates with experience in HIV programmes, community health, counselling, social work, NGO projects, or community-based programmes will be given preference.
* Priority will be given to Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV) and candidates from Key Populations (KP) or affected communities who demonstrate commitment to community service.
* Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work in communities and conduct regular field visits.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) will be an added advantage.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefits

* Fixed Monthly Salary:** ?12,000
* Travel Reimbursement:** ?3,000 per month (as per project norms)
