Location: Jaipur

Duration: Initially for a period of 1 year and thereafter extendable based on performance.

Designation: Project Coordinator – Psycho-Education and Life Skills

Remuneration: Rs 30,000 per month (Fixed) + Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus (based on experience and qualifications)

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Rajasthani preferred

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator – Psycho-Education and Life Skills will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives aimed at enhancing the holistic well-being and personal development of students. The position requires strategic coordination of psycho-educational interventions, life skills education, and community engagement activities to promote mental health awareness, career readiness, and sustained academic participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Implementation
• Develop and execute psycho-education and life skills programs aligned with project objectives and institutional frameworks.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and interactive modules promoting emotional intelligence, resilience, and decision-making among students.
Awareness and Capacity Building
• Conduct awareness campaigns/sessions for students, parents, and educators on mental health, well-being, and career development.
• Build the capacity of teachers and peer educators to integrate life skills education into the academic environment.
Community and Institutional Engagement
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
• Facilitate parent–teacher–student dialogues to strengthen support systems for student well-being and career planning.
Student Support and Mentoring
• Provide individual and group counselling sessions focusing on stress management, interpersonal relationships, and goal setting.
• Identify at-risk students and coordinate interventions to ensure their academic and emotional well-being.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation
• Develop monitoring tools and maintain data on program reach, participation, and impact.
• Prepare analytical reports, case studies, and documentation highlighting best practices and outcomes.
Research and Policy Interface
• Contribute to research studies, assessments, and policy recommendations related to psycho-social well-being and life skills education.
• Support the dissemination of findings through seminars, publications, and academic collaborations.
Administrative and Coordination Functions
• Coordinate with project staff, volunteers, and external experts to ensure timely execution of project activities.

• Manage project resources, timelines, and compliance with institutional and funding requirements.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education:
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, Psycho-education, and life skills or a related field.

Experience:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGO-based community mobilization or outreach.
• Preferred experience in Psycho-Education and Life Skills training and related projects.

Other Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Canva, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, committed, and target-oriented.

Reporting Structure
• Reports To: Project Director
• Team: Works in coordination with a cross-functional, dynamic project team

Travel Requirements
Extensive travel within Rajasthan for community outreach, mobilization drives, and student follow-ups.

Reimbursement: All official travel, accommodation, and logistics will be covered as per organisational policy.
