Paribartan is inviting applications for positions of Public Health Coordinator & Project Manager to support the implementation of the Community-Based Surveillance (CBS) project.

Location:- Rourkela,Rayagada,Puri,

Key Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Master in Public Health (MPH)/Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)/MA Rural Management
• Experience: For Project manager 4 to 5 years of experience & for Public Health Coordinator 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in community-based health projects
Location Preference:
• Candidates from the respective areas/district will be strongly preferred
• Gender Preference: Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with community members and stakeholders to improve public health and foster community participation in disease surveillance using the CBS App
• Coordinate with front-line health workers, health service providers and public health institutions.
• Liaise with health and other line departments for accomplishment of goal and objectives as per timeframe.
• Build the capacity of community-based platforms through training, handholding, and follow-up
• Ensure timely data reporting
• Document best practices and success stories
