Key Responsibilities -
Implementation & Monitoring of various activities of Aftercare in allied Child Care
Institutions – Data completion, Plan vocational training, Career Preparation, Mapping of available courses and hostel facility in targeted district for Aftercare children –
1. Data Collation: Children are above the age of 16 +
2. Plan & execute location interventions based on CSA annual plan around after care programs.
3. Mentoring existing children under after care and prepare upcoming children for after care.
4. Make weekly field visit to all allied CCIs in the region and review, strategize, and
problem solve different program activities.
5. Prepare case files in coordination with Child, CCI Trustee, and CCI Staff and Program officer.
6. Help the institution’s Trustees/In-charge & staff to align with CSA’s key objective & work approach of after care.
7. Provide regular program progress updates to the reporting Manager and Central Team.

Job Description
Management of Quantitative & Qualitative Data of all the programs -
1. Record basic and key information of CCIs, resident children, and various
interventions under after care.
2. Update and analyze various after care activities and facilitate data-based decision making
3. Maintain children In and Out data base for after care data.

Budget & Vendors Management –
1. Prepare, manage & review annual & day to day budgets for the allocated CCIs/ after Care
2. Ensure budget utilization and its regular tracking
3. Selection of local vendor with an economic solution for all allied CCIs. Also, ensure timely quotation submission and bill settlement

Internal & External Stakeholders Management –
1. Co-ordination with internal stakeholders across all locations – any support, updates, best practice sharing
2. Relationship & Coordination with CCI trustees & Staff, local govt. relations along with other stakeholders -CWC, DCPO, Police, Lawyers, Social workers and local NGOs etc.
3. Organizing different capacity building and sensitization training for CCI trustees, CCI staff, and respective govt. officials

Assisting in Knowledge development –
1. Prepare & share content for organization's Newsletter, website and social media
2. Provide case-study, write-ups & supporting materials - photos/videos
3. Assist in developing success stories

Achieving excellence in project management competencies –
1. Outline key improvement area & development plan.
2. Attend training & workshop planned by operation team– excel and etc.
3. Develop cross learning opportunities

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications: The profile needs a candidate to be self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate towards the cause since the role focuses on working with CNCP children and carries entire responsibility of all allied CCIs in a cluster. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily deliver on each of the essentials listed above.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Social Work
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the Social Sector, preferably in the Child Protection
