About Organisation: LEPRA Society is an organization working for people affected by Leprosy, lymphatic filariasis, TB, HIV/AIDS & other NTDs, Eye Care and governed by a board comprising of distinguished individuals from across India.
About the Project: Surgical Access & Management for Rehabilitation, Improvement of Disability & Dignity of Hydrocele-affected Individuals (SAMRIDDHI) project aims to reduce disability and improve the quality of life of 15,000 individuals affected by hydrocele in Samastipur, Bihar, through community-based identification, access to safe hydrocelectomy, rehabilitation, and strengthened health systems.
We seek a qualified Field Executives, position based at Samastipur District, Bihar
The position is for immediate employment
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Patient Mobilization
• Identify and line-list hydrocele patients through village visits, ASHAs, Jeevika and community networks.
• Conduct awareness sessions on Lymphatic Filariasis and available surgical services.
• Facilitate patient counselling and motivate eligible individuals to undergo surgery.
Coordination & Support
• Act as a link between patients, health facilities, and the project team.
• Coordinate with PHCs, CHCs, and district hospitals for smooth referral and admission.
• Ensure timely transportation and logistical support for patients.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of identified patients, surgeries conducted, and follow-up status.
• Submit daily/weekly field activity reports & Plan to the Project Officer.
• Track post-operative recovery and report complications promptly.
Capacity Building & Training Support
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions for frontline workers and community volunteers.
• Provide on-ground support during training and awareness campaigns.
Administrative & Operational Duties
• Ensure distribution of patient kits & medicines as per guidelines.
• Support documentation for donor and government reporting requirements.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate or Post graduate with relevant field experience.
• 3 years of working experience at field level in NGO/Data Collection would be given preference.

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- (Gross) per month
