Biore Association, with support from Azim Premji Foundation, invites applications for the Creche Initiative.
Program location: Kasrawad Block, Khargone District, Madhya Pradesh
The initiative aims to strengthen access to safe, nurturing and responsive care for young children, with a focus on early childhood care and development, health, nutrition, growth monitoring and community engagement.
We are looking for committed professionals who can work closely with communities, frontline workers, caregivers and programme teams to establish and strengthen quality creche services.
Role:
Provide digital, technical and data-management support and enable the programme team to use data for planning, monitoring and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Orient and handhold team members on the Shishu Ghar application and its modules.
• Support data entry related to check-ins, enrolment, attendance and growth monitoring.
• Analyse programme data to identify trends, gaps and areas requiring attention.
• Contribute data insights to review and planning meetings.
• Conduct field visits for data validation.
• Support documentation of case studies and success stories.
• Provide regular technical and digital support to programme teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or Engineering.
• Working knowledge of software applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Around 3 years experience in MIS/data management.
• Basic understanding of data management and analytics.
Salary: Rs. 35000 / Month
