Required Qualifications:
GNM, ANM, B.Sc. Nursing, DMLT/B.Sc. MLT, D.Pharm/B.Pharm, or EMT.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide basic and emergency medical care to patients as per clinical protocols.
• Conduct patient assessment, check vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist doctors/medical officers during patient consultations and minor medical procedures.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and operate medical/POCT equipment as required.
• Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by the medical officer.
• Provide first aid and emergency response during MMU field operations.
• Support health screening camps and community healthcare activities.
• Maintain proper stock of medicines, consumables, and medical equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of the MMU and medical equipment.
• Coordinate with the project team and maintain daily patient/visit reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and project healthcare protocols.
• Handle patients professionally and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Key Skills
• Good clinical and patient-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of emergency care and first aid
• Knowledge of vital signs and basic diagnostic procedures
• Ability to operate basic medical equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel/ work in field locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
