Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Field Coordinator to coordinate and monitor the implementation of the IeDA-eIMNCI programme at the block level in Ranchi District, Jharkhand.
The role will focus on supportive supervision, handholding and mentoring of ANMs and CHOs, monitoring eIMNCI implementation, coordinating with government stakeholders, analysing performance data, identifying implementation gaps, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
Qualification & Experience:
• BDS / BHMS / B.Sc. Nursing / Public Health degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Rural Health in a technical or leadership role.
• Good communication, planning, coordination, IT, and documentation skills.
• Experience/understanding of maternal and child health programmes and policies will be preferred.
• Knowledge of digital health systems and the healthcare administration setup in Jharkhand will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the IeDA-eIMNCI programme at the block level.
• Conduct regular supportive supervision visits to HWCs and monitor eIMNCI application utilization by ANMs and CHOs.
• Provide on-site handholding, mentoring, and technical support to ANMs and CHOs.
• Organize and conduct monthly performance review meetings.
• Analyse user-wise and facility-wise performance data and support low-performing users.
• Conduct joint supportive supervision visits with BPM and MoIC.
• Assess health facility readiness, infrastructure, equipment, and other requirements.
• Support training, orientation, refresher training, and capacity-building activities.
• Coordinate with BPMU, MoIC, ANMs, CHOs, and other government stakeholders.
• Identify implementation gaps, facilitate corrective actions, and support quality improvement.
• Maintain documentation and submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
• Participate in project planning, monitoring, and implementation activities.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Rural Health in a technical/leadership role.
Salary: Negotiable + applicable communication and travel allowances.
