About the Organisation & Project

Unique Educate is inviting applications for Birsa Village Coordinator positions under the Krishak Pathshala Project. The Coordinators will play an important role in field-level coordination, farmer mobilisation and implementation of project activities in Birsa villages.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities at the village level.
Mobilise farmers and facilitate their participation in project activities.
Support farmer meetings, training programmes, demonstrations and exposure activities.
Coordinate with farmers, farmer groups, FPOs and project staff.
Assist in implementation and monitoring of agriculture and allied-sector activities.
Support collection and maintenance of farmer and beneficiary records.
Collect field-level information and data and submit it to the project team.
Assist in documentation of project activities through photographs, attendance records and field reports.
Support implementation of nutritional gardens, agricultural demonstrations and other village-level interventions.
Assist consultants and Programme Manager during field visits and farmer training.
Identify field-level issues and communicate them to the concerned project staff.
Maintain regular contact with assigned villages and farmers.
Required Qualification & Experience
B.Sc. / B.Sc. Agriculture or Allied Science.
Freshers may also apply.
Candidates with experience in rural development, agriculture extension, farmer mobilisation or community-based programmes will be preferred.
Must-have Skills

Good communication skills, willingness to travel and work in rural areas, farmer mobilisation, basic documentation, teamwork and basic computer/data-handling skills.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with the qualification and experience.
