NAWO is looking for committed Community Organisers to support field-level work in slum communities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

Candidates with previous fieldwork, community mobilisation or grassroots experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Understand survey objectives and methodology before conducting fieldwork.
Conduct surveys objectively and collect complete and accurate information.
Enter and update data through online/offline systems and mobile applications.
Check data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Support community members with basic form filling for government and social entitlements after appropriate training.
Explain basic processes and documentation requirements clearly to community members.
Maintain confidentiality of community information and records.
Participate in community meetings, awareness programmes and other field activities.
Mobilise community members for government entitlements and health camps.
Identify and report community concerns, field challenges and unusual cases to the supervisor.
Learn and adapt to new digital tools, survey methods and organisational processes.
