About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Design Trainer to conduct practical, engaging, and
industry-oriented graphic design sessions for students from Grade 9 to Grade 11.
The trainer will plan and deliver hands-on sessions that help students develop fundamental as well as practical
graphic design skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interactive graphic design training sessions for Grade 9-11 students.
* Prepare lesson plans, activities, demonstrations, and practical assignments.
* Teach graphic design concepts from basic to intermediate level.
* Provide hands-on training using relevant graphic design tools and software.
* Encourage creativity, visual thinking, and design problem-solving among students.
* Guide students in creating posters, social media creatives, presentations, branding materials, and other
design projects.
* Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.
* Coordinate with the concerned school/coordinator regarding schedules, curriculum, and student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
* Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar software.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain design concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
* Experience in teaching/training students, preferably Grade 9-11, will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have both strong practical graphic design skills and the ability to teach.
Candidates with freelance, agency, studio, or professional graphic design experience who are interested in
part-time training are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Engagement
20,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, portfolio, and teaching capability.
Schedule: 6 days per week, approximately 3-4 hours per day.
Mode: On-site
Engagement: Part-time / Freelance
