Do you believe that powerful stories can inspire action and transform communities?
Kankura Masat Social Welfare Society (KMSWS) is looking for a Communication Executive to help us share our work through stories, social media, documentation and other communication activities. KMSWS works with underprivileged communities in South 24 Parganas and the Sundarbans in areas such as education, nutrition, women's empowerment, livelihoods, climate action and community development. We are looking for someone who can tell these stories in a simple and engaging way, showcase the impact of our work, and help us connect with more supporters, partners and communities.

What You'll Do:
Create engaging social media content
Document field activities and success stories
Develop reports, newsletters and donor communications
Capture impact through photos, videos and storytelling
Support organizational branding and outreach

Who Should Apply?
2-3 years of experience in communications, NGO/development sector, journalism or social impact field
Strong writing skills in English and Bengali
Knowledge of social media, photography, videography and content creation
Skilled in editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe premier etc.
Passion for social change and community development
Located within South 24 Parganas district preferred

Compensation: 15K - 18K per month (based on expertise)
Location: KMSWS, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal
