DMKS TI Panna has the vacancy for its targeted intervention (FSW Typology) project in Panna of M.P.

Position: Outreach worker (Field Worker)

Qualification & Experience:

ü At least Intermediate(10+2) or above qualification.

ü Experience of working as community worker/ peer educator and/or understanding of issues concerning Field Worker

Key Responsibilities:

ü In charge of project outreach and supervision of Peer Educators, counseling, linkages etc.

ü Visit to assigned areas for conducting meetings, registration of HRGs and delivery of programme services with the help of Peer Educators

ü Preparation of micro plans, monthly action plans etc.

ü Other activities as assigned by project manager and management

Salary: Rs.10,500 per month + 1500 (TA) (as per prescribed guideline)
