Satellite Centre & Base Hospital Eye Camp Management.
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of satellite centers and organize eye camps.
Plan and organize eye screening camps in coordination with hospitals, NGOs and local stakeholders.
Ensure proper patient registration, screening, referral and follow-up.
Coordinate staff deployment, logistics, equipment, and camp materials.
Ensure that the team achieves the desired targets within the stipulated timeline.
Monitor centre performance, maintain records, and submit monthly reports to management.
Plan for Expansion or Establishment of a New Vision Centre in a Potential Patient Catchment Area.
