Voluntary Institute for Rural Development (VIRD), Angul, Odisha is looking for a motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
• Search for national & international funding opportunities through the internet
• Identify CSR, foundations and donor agencies
• Contact funding agencies and donors through email, phone and online meetings
• Prepare project proposals, concept notes and budgets
• Prepare donor reports, progress reports and project documentation
• Follow up on submitted proposals and donor communications
• Coordinate with the project team to collect data, success stories and photographs
• Maintain a database of donors, funding opportunities and proposals
* Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Management or related field.
* Experience: 2–3 years in NGO fundraising, proposal writing, donor communication or project documentation preferred.
* Skills: Good English writing & communication, internet research, MS Word/Excel, email and online platforms.
* Location: Angul, Odisha
* Salary: As per qualification and experience.
