About the Organization:
Rajsamand Jan Vikas Sansthan (RJVS) is a reputed grassroots-level nonprofit organization, established in 2003, based in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan, India. Since its inception, RJVS has been committed to empowering women, adolescent girls, and marginalized communities by addressing critical social issues such as gender-based violence, prevention of child marriage, support to education, and access to legal and government welfare schemes. It has FCRA and the Annual budget is around ? 100 lakh / year.

Position Overview:
RJVS is seeking a committed and well qualified “Manager - Accounts & Compliance with more than 5 years of experience as head of Finance & Compliance in an NGO with a turnover of more than 100 lakh. He also needs to be conversant with statutory requirements related to Income tax – ITR 10B, 10BB 12A, 80G, TDS, PF, ESI and FCRA.

He will be expected to keep himself abreast of latest changes in requirements of above laws and update board of Directors regarding their compliance. The candidate will liaise with Organization's CA and relevant Government departments while ensuring applying as per deadlines.

This role requires both strategic financial oversight and hands-on bookkeeping, offering the opportunity to support meaningful social change through strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks in Tally/ERP latest software
• Maintain separate books of accounts for FCRA funds and ensure timely preparation and submission of FC-4, FC-6, FC-3C, etc.
• File PF, ESI, TDS, GST and Income Tax returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Coordinate and manage documentation related to 12A, 80G, CSR reporting, and statutory audits and renewal process.
• Maintain project-wise accounting, perform bank reconciliation, verify vouchers, and update cash/bank books regularly
• Prepare accurate financial reports, Utilization Certificates and statements required by donor agencies
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely filing of annual audits, FCRA returns, Income Tax documents, and reports to the concerned Department.
• Provide monthly budget utilization certificate/reports, MIS, and financial insights to senior management
• Establish a fraud fee system with regular monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Chartered Accountant/ Master’s degree in Commerce (M. Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the nonprofit/social sector with FCRA compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally (latest version)
• Sound knowledge of FCRA, PF, ESI, TDS, GST, 12A, 80G, CSR financial documentation, and audit processes.
• Strong computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, email, and online relevant portals.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Strong commitment to transparent and accurate financial reporting
• Team-oriented attitude and a high sense of accountability
