ABOUT US:
We are a Section 8 not-for-profit organization dedicated to farmer protection, Bhoodan land rights, disaster relief, livestock welfare, old age homes, orphanages, dignified last rites, and empowerment of women and students. We are in our early growth phase and are looking for a passionate woman leader to build and lead the organization with a full spirit of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL DEPARTMENTS):
- Leadership & Governance: Overall management, government liaison, reporting to the Board.
- Program Management: Design & implement programs for farmer protection, Bhoodan land rights, disaster relief, livestock welfare, old age homes, orphanages, awards, and women/student empowerment.
- Financial Management: Maintain books of accounts, budgets, audits, FCRA/CSR compliance.
- Legal & Compliance: Companies Act, MCA filings, statutory registers, minutes, agreements.
- Fundraising & Communications: CSR grants, donations, social media, donor relations.
- Field Work: Identify beneficiaries, conduct surveys, data collection, local coordination.
- Office Administration: Day-to-day office work, records, basic accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in any discipline (Master's preferred) in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Law, Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO / social service / farmer welfare / rural development.
- English & National Hindi - Mandatory. Regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, etc.) - Strong preference.
- Willing to travel across all states of India.
- Full spirit of service, honesty, integrity, dedication, and commitment to the mission.
PROBATION & TERMINATION:
- 2-month probation period.
- Performance reviewed in the first month. If not satisfactory in the second month, services may be terminated.
- If satisfactory, salary will be reviewed and appointment continued.
