Job brief for Project Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Project Assist. for health projects to administer and organize Community Health projects
Project Assist. responsibilities include working closely with our Team Lead to prepare comprehensive schedules, reports, coordinate with field staff for projects. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Mobile Medical Unit projects, Health Camps.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with project coordinators to identify and define requirements, Management of Ambulance Vans, scope and objectives
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Closely work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules and reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any subject. Preferably Social Work/Social Science subjects
• 3-4 years of experience in implementing and managing healthcare projects
• Relevant healthcare industry experience with data analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and external clients in a leadership capacity.
• A successful track record of managing multiple projects effectively
• Candidate should be willing to work in social sector for rural areas
• Mobilizing the community as per the need of the project
• An ability to prepare reports and documents
• Organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience of health project ,Mobile medical unit(MMU)

Remuneration: 30 – 35 K per month as per experience and qualification.

Location – New Delhi.
