Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Graduate/post-graduation degree in human studies or statistics with three years of experience in M&E domain preferably from the community (PLHIV/KP); working experience and knowledge required on analytical and data collection and processing software packages (like Access, Power BI, and SPSS); excellent written and verbal communication in English and the regional language; and Willingness to travel extensively are eligible.
Role & Responsibilities:
The M&E cum training officer will report to the Senior Manager/State Project Manager whose responsibilities are the following
• Manage the MIS and M&E systems for EVTHS, capacity building of field staff, and regular day-to-day data management and reporting related to all components under the GFATM grant
• Ensure the uniform implementation of M&E systems across the state and conduct frequent data quality audits at the district level
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the CSC coordinator and Community Health liaison staff on data management and quality.
• Coordinate with DAPCU/ SACS - M&E / other officials for reconciliation of data in SOCH and for collecting the data on a timely basis for reporting.
• Conduct regular technical assistance visits to the field and provide technical support to program and site staff to improve the reporting and quality of data.
• Coordinate with the M&E officer of DAPCUs, SACS, and NHM/SHS for data accuracy and timely reporting of facilities in SOCH and HMIS.
• Build the capacity of the State Project Manager, CSC coordinator, and CLH on Program MIS systems, M&E activities, data recording, data validation, data triangulation, data management, and data quality assurance.

Travel Requirement: The position involves regular travel across the GF HIV Project intervention districts in Karnataka.
Salary: Up to Rs 45,000 per month (fixed). The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's current and previous salary, relevant experience, and organizational policy.
