  • Review Territory SPOC & Field coordinators performance monthly against defined KPIs
  • Monitor community outcome achievement across all territories
  • Resolve territory-level issues and escalate to Core Team when required
Territory Team Leadership
  • Directly manage all Territory SPOCs within Maharashtra

  • Build Territory SPOC capability, confidence, and career readiness
  • Identify and groom high-potential Territory SPOCs & Field Coordinators for growth
Community Outcome Achievement
  • Track and support Swavalamban indicator achievement across all Vatikas in the state
  • Monitor women earning >Rs.250/day, LP velocity, Community Chest growth, and dormant household reduction
  • Ensure CBS health across all active Vatikas.
  • Champion community outcomes in all state-level conversations and reviews

  • Monitor state-level cost discipline; flag cost overruns to Core Team within defined timeline
  • Track the state-level revenue pipeline in coordination with the SWSM P&L Tracker

  • Process Territory SPOC expense claims and reimbursements within 7 days of submission (through State Accountant).
  • Resolve operational blockers raised by Territory SPOCs within defined TAT.
  • Conduct weekly Territory SPOC workload reviews; recommend workload rebalancing to Core Team proactively
Skills & Competencies Required
