Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to manage all financial and accounting activities of the organization. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring smooth coordination within the accounts department and with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, billing, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
• Work closely with the accounts department and ensure smooth coordination with team members and other departments

Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance role
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• A person should be Presentable.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Experience working in a team-based environment.

Salary:
35000 to 40,000 per month
