AGAPE is a registered NGO orphanage and school in Hyderabad, India, and home to more than 200 children. Every child here has been infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Some are living with HIV themselves, while many have lost one or both parents to the disease. Nearly 80% of our children are full orphans with no parental support.

AGAPE is not just an institution—it is a family. Children often arrive from deeply broken backgrounds, carrying the trauma of losing parents and the scars of poverty. That is why our mission goes beyond providing shelter, healthcare, and nutrition. We also focus on education, emotional healing, and restoring hope so that every child can grow with dignity.

Head - Fundraising
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue CSR & foundation partnership opportunities
• Draft compelling proposals, concept notes, and grant applications
• Build and manage long-term relationships with CSR partners
• Represent AGAPE at meetings, CSR events, and corporate forums
• Prepare donor reports, impact updates, and data-driven summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to create fundable programs
