About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic academic leader to join as Senior Coordinator / Deputy Academic Head - IPYP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international curricula and a proven track record in curriculum leadership, teacher mentoring, and academic programme management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee the implementation of the International Primary Years Programme (IPYP/PYP).

* Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment practices.

* Mentor, coach, and support teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness.

* Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

* Coordinate academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Primary Years Programme.

* Monitor student learning outcomes and implement improvement strategies.

* Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

* Drive teacher professional development initiatives and academic excellence programmes.

* Maintain alignment with international education standards and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline.

* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Primary Years Programmes.

* Experience in PYP, IPYP, CIPP, Cambridge Primary, IB Curriculum, or other international curricula.

* Prior experience as Academic Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, Head of Primary, Deputy Academic Head, or similar leadership role preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.

* Ability to lead teams, manage academic operations, and drive school improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience working in international schools.

* Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning approaches.

* Exposure to curriculum design, teacher training, and academic planning.

* Passion for student-centered learning and educational leadership.
