Position: HR Associate
Reports to: Senior Manager – Human Resources
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Availability: Immediately
Position Summary
The HR Associate will be supporting Sr. HR Manager in managing HR functions for assigned projects, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and staff engagement. The role requires ownership, coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, system access, and maintain contracts, personal files, and statutory joining documents.
3. HR Data Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR master data and ensure employee records are complete, updated, and audit-ready in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
4. Payroll, Attendance & Benefits Administration
Support payroll processing by reviewing attendance, leave, timesheets, and coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate salary processing.
5. Statutory Compliance Management
Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other labour law compliance activities with vendors and ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
6. Insurance Administration
Manage employee and volunteer insurance enrollment, deletions, premium coordination, and periodic reconciliation of records.
7. Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management
Track probation and annual performance evaluations, coordinate timely completion, and manage employee exit processes, documentation, and record closure.
8. Volunteer Management
Support volunteer onboarding, documentation, insurance coverage, record maintenance, and exit formalities.
9. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Assist in implementing employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
10. Administration, Travel & Vendor Coordination
Manage staff travel arrangements, support office administration, coordinate vendor documentation and contracts, and ensure timely invoice processing and record maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- BBA or MBA and allied subjects, or master’s in business administration.
- Preferably 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
- Fluency in the English and local language, with demonstrated written skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiar with HRM Software
- Excellent writing skills and an ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, superior time management and organizational skills.
- Should be a team player and worked in a competitive and professional environment
- Willing and able to travel throughout the project areas.
- Honesty in all undertakings with behaviour congruent with ADRA principles and moral standards.
