One of the reputed organisation in Uttar Pradesh working on Public Health and Environmental issues seeking full time position of Project Coordinator at Lucknow based office.
Job description :
We are looking for experienced Project Coordinator with excellent planning, capacity building, research, writing skills, IT and networking abilities.
Role and responsibilities :-
• Provide thought leadership in the smooth implementation of the project.
• Development of the project implementation plan and its timely execution of activities to achieve the project objectives.
• Work in close coordination with senior government officials – Health, Education, Road Transport, Panchayati Raj, Urban Development, Police, FSDA department at state level and with District administration and other to implement project activities
• Develop a capacity-building plan for government officials, key stakeholders, and front-line health workers, as well as coordinate with officials and stakeholders for timely execution.
• To develop networking with Health department and coordinate with State Cell NTEP, NMHP, NCDP, AIIMS, Medical Colleges, Dental Colleges, Universities, IMA, IDA in the interest of achieving the objectives of the project.
• Provide support to Government department especially health department at state, division and district level in regular review and capacity building activities.
• Support in the development of IEC material, training modules, and protocols as per the needs of the project
• Provide supporting superiors to the Regional Coordiantors as and when required
• Regular communication with officials at the state, district, and block levels officials
• Organise state and district level workshops to build capacity and sensitise stakeholders
• Assist the Team lead in any other way that advances the project’s objectives
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports of activities carried out under the project
• Support in studies and surveys carried out time to time, and support in the preparation of reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s in dental surgery (BDS) Masters in Public Health, Masters in Business Administration, MSW or equivalent from reputed institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in Public Health with Government or other Institutions/organisations.
Skills:
• Must have strong communication, networking, documentation and reporting skills
• Be well versed with MS-Office Applications and use of Social Media platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Hindi.
• Excellent knowledge of computer and internet.
• Ability to write concise, summarize, and preparing pitch reports and documents.
• Understanding of Software like Canva, Zoom, Mailchimp, Photoshop
• Demonstrated ability to network and work with various institutions and government departments
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Willingness to travel 05-06 days in a month.
Remuneration: Remuneration for the position will be between INR 4.8 lakh per annum.
