Duration: 10 months (July 2026 – April 2027)
Engagement : Earn up to Rs.10,000 per month.
Field activity : Up to 40 school visits per month.
ABOUT SAMPARK FOUNDATION
Sampark Foundation was founded by Anupama Nayar and Vineet Nayar (Former Vice Chairman and CEO of HCL Technologies) with the belief that frugal innovation, combined with relentless execution in partnership with the government, can drive large-scale change in learning outcomes. Since 2013, Sampark Foundation has worked to transform learning in rural government schools across India through its flagship Sampark Smart Shala programme using innovative, low-cost teaching-learning materials, audio devices with the voice mascot “Sampark Didi,” and bot-enabled mobile apps for teachers.
Today, Sampark Foundation impacts 1.8+ crore children across 1.4+ lakh rural schools in 8 states, including Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. Each year, we train 5+ lakh teachers at the block level our true partners of change.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Program Trainee under the Sampark Young Leader Internship Program, you will work at the grassroots visiting government schools in your assigned block, engaging with teachers and students, and supporting the implementation of Sampark’s pedagogy. This is a travel-intensive, field-based role designed for youth seeking real-time exposure and practical field experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-ground visits to assigned schools in your block as per the monthly visit plan.
- Mark IN/OUT attendance from the school premises using the Spark Activity App (geo-fenced, location-verified).
- Engage with teachers, head-teachers and students on Sampark’s FLN Math and English pedagogy, classroom innovations and assessment practices.
- Capture observations, learnings and field data accurately and submit reports on time.
- Act as a credible representative of Sampark Foundation at the school and community level.
- Always comply with Sampark’s Child Safeguarding Policy, POSH policy, Code of Conduct and Data Protection requirements.

WHO CAN APPLY
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualified and above. Final-year UG/PG students preferred.
- Age 18 and above on the date of application.
- Indian citizen, with valid Aadhaar and PAN.
- Willing to travel daily within an assigned block to government schools.
- Passionate about education, social impact and community development.
ENGAGEMENT & COMPENSATION
This is a structured internship not an employment role. As a Program Trainee you will receive an amount tied to valid per school visits completed, with the opportunity to earn up to Rs.10,000 per month based on field activity in your assigned block.
