Banaras Network for People Living with HIV/AIDS Society (BNP+) is a community based, non-profit organization representing the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV). BNP+ is founded by a group of HIV positive people and registered in 2006. BNP+ promotes holistic and participatory approach for community empowerment and gives priority to PLHIV.

BNP+ invites application for all eligible candidate for the CLH in Sonbhadra (1 Post) & Mirzapur (1 Post) district in CSC-2.0 Program.

Qualification Required:- 12th pass

Experience :- Experience in HIV sector or Healthcare sector will be appreciated.

Salary :- 9500 +TA and Communication (as per organization norms)
**TA only for outreach activity.
**Mandatory to visit Office in Varanasi(Minimum twice in an month as per requirement) and no TA will be applicable for office visit of any staff.

Role and Responsibility :-
i) Identification of new PLHIV and Registering them for CSC.
ii) Conduct Field Visit and participates in the awareness generation activities .
iii) Conduct Home visit for the registered PLHIV and affected families to provide treatment education, OIS, Nutrition , Healthy Lifestyles and positive Living .
iv) Track LFU and MIS Client and Track back to ART Center and report to your coordinator.
v) Facilitate Linkage of ICTC identified reactive Clients to the nearest ART center ,ensuring prompt treatment Initiation.
vi) Develop weekly and monthly work plan , including Details of activities such as home visit LFU follow up Advocacy events , Visit to health facilities , meeting in CSC , and participation in support group meeting.
Vii) Facilitate all prioties indicators and Key Performance indicators client as per SSHAKTI project needes.
