Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator will lead field-level coordination of capacity building, government scheme convergence, and community mobilization activities, ensuring effective implementation and strong community participation.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement capacity building and training programs for community members and farmer groups
• Facilitate community mobilization and institution strengthening (SHGs, farmer groups, village committees)
• Ensure effective convergence with government schemes (agriculture, livelihoods, water resources, etc.)
• Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Monitor field activities, outputs, and progress against targets
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS data
• Support awareness campaigns, meetings, and community-level interventions
• Guide field teams to ensure timely and quality execution

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in capacity building, government schemes, and community mobilization
• Strong understanding of rural institutions and field dynamics
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and field supervision
• Ability to work independently in rural and field-based environments
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)

Compensation
• Rs 35,000 – Rs 40,000 per month
