Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator will lead and manage multi-sector field interventions including agriculture, education, health, and community institution development, ensuring effective implementation and measurable outcomes at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate agriculture-based interventions (vegetable cultivation, agroforestry, green fodder, seed production through foundation seed)
• Facilitate and monitor Farmer Field Schools (FFS) and other community-based institutions
• Support education initiatives including remedial classes and smart class implementation
• Oversee development of school infrastructure (toilets, classrooms) in coordination with stakeholders
• Organize and monitor health camps for women, children, and livestock
• Ensure strong community mobilization and participation across all interventions
• Coordinate with field teams, local institutions, and stakeholders
• Track progress, outputs, and field-level outcomes
• Maintain documentation, reports, and MIS data

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant field experience in multi-sector rural projects
• Hands-on experience in agriculture interventions and community institution building (FFS preferred)
• Exposure to education, health, and agriculture activities
• Strong skills in field coordination, team management, and community engagement
• Ability to handle multi-village implementation independently
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)

Compensation
• Rs 35,000 – Rs 40,000 per month
