Prabha Bharti, a women-led grassroots organization, invites applications for the following positions under the Targeted Intervention (TI) HIV/AIDS Project in Deoghar & Dumka, Jharkhand:

1. Program Manager – (1 Post)

Salary: ?21,000 + ?1,400 TA per month
Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in health projects, preferably HIV/AIDS programs
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and supervision of the TI HIV/AIDS project
Monitoring field activities and ensuring target achievement
Reporting and coordination with Jharkhand State AIDS Control Society (JSACS)
Team management and capacity building

2. Counsellor – (1 Post)

Salary: ?16,000 + ?1,200 TA per month
Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Psychology/Social Work with counselling experience (preferably in HIV/AIDS sector)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counselling and support services to beneficiaries
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Assist in awareness and outreach activities
