Position Overview
Elixir Foundation is seeking a young, dynamic, motivated, and impact-driven Manager – Programs to lead and strengthen the planning, implementation, monitoring, and expansion of its social development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving program excellence, stakeholder engagement, operational coordination, and strategic execution across multiple projects and campaigns.

The role requires strong leadership, program management capabilities, communication skills, and a deep commitment to community development and youth empowerment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Program Design & Planning
• Support the conceptualisation, development, and strategic planning of programs and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
• Prepare implementation plans, timelines, activity frameworks, and operational strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of social impact programs.

2. Program Management & Strategic Execution
• Lead end-to-end execution of programs, campaigns, and field activities.
• Ensure timely implementation of activities while maintaining quality standards and impact objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth program delivery.

3. Team Leadership & Capacity Building
• Supervise program staff, volunteers, interns, and field coordinators.
• Facilitate team meetings, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Support training, mentoring, and professional development of team members.

4. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, educational institutions, CSR partners, NGOs, community leaders, and allied organisations.
• Represent the organisation in meetings, events, and partnership discussions.
• Assist in strengthening strategic collaborations and outreach efforts.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Develop monitoring mechanisms and track program progress, outcomes, and impact indicators.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, documentation, and case studies.
• Maintain accurate program records and ensure data-driven decision-making.

6. Budget Planning & Resource Coordination
• Assist in budget planning, utilisation tracking, and resource allocation for programs and events.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and operational requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and operational efficiency.

7. Communication & Interdepartmental Coordination
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments and project teams.
• Support organisational communication, documentation, and stakeholder correspondence.
• Coordinate with media, outreach, and communication teams for campaigns and visibility initiatives.

8. Event & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute workshops, youth engagements, campaigns, training sessions, conferences, and community events.
• Manage event operations, coordination, volunteer mobilisation, and execution support.

9. Operational Supervision & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with organisational processes, policies, reporting systems, and project requirements. • Support administrative and operational supervision related to ongoing initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in program management, social development, NGO operations, or community engagement
• Experience working with youth-led initiatives or development sector organisations will be preferred
