Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage digital marketing and communication strategies
• Handle social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online engagement
• Create high-quality content for websites, social media, reports, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Support branding, awareness campaigns, fundraising communication, and public relations initiatives
• Coordinate photography, videography, event promotions, and media outreach
• Monitor digital performance analytics and enhance audience engagement
• Maintain and update organizational website and communication materials
Eligibility & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing and communications
• Excellent content writing, branding, and social media management skills
• Experience in Canva, Meta Ads, Google tools, SEO, and digital analytics preferred
• Prior experience in NGO/CSR/social sector communications will be an added advantage
