Digantar (full name: Digantar Shiksha Evam Khelkud Samiti) (www.digantar.org) is a registered organization under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958, and has been working in the field of education since 1978. At the heart of its work is a commitment to making meaningful, quality education accessible to all children. Digantar develops educational materials, conducts workshops and courses, and supports other organizations in strengthening their educational practices. It runs schools with a philosophy and pedagogy that help learners to grow into a responsible citizen by fostering and promoting self-dependent learning.

As part of its pedagogy package renewal and course development project, Digantar intends to recruit a resource person who will work as member of The Academic Resource Unit (TARU) of Digantar.

Job Summary:
The Resource Person will be responsible for contributing to the review, development, and delivery of pedagogical content and courses in alignment with Digantar's educational philosophy.

The role requires a strong understanding of curriculum design, primary education, and course facilitation, with a focus on language and EVS pedagogy at the primary level.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake a comprehensive study of Digantar's existing curriculum and pedagogical principles to ensure alignment in all assigned tasks.
* Review and critically analyze existing pedagogy packages and related materials developed by Digantar.
* Revise, update, and enhance current pedagogy packages, including content, illustrations, and overall instructional design.
* Work closely with all units of Digantar to ensure achievement of project objectives that includes piloting the final package in Digantar Vidyalaya.
* Digitize the pedagogy packages of Digantar.
* Design online pedagogy courses for primary-level languages and EVS education.
* Develop course content for effective delivery in an online format, ensuring clarity, coherence, and learner engagement.
* Facilitate the designed courses in online mode, ensuring effective communication, participation, and learning outcomes.

* Strong conceptual and pedagogical understanding of language and EVS.
* Experience of classroom teaching, teacher training and content development.
* Experience of developing theoretically sound, simple and effective pedagogical ideas and activities.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking in Hindi and English.
* Passion for quality, setting priorities, developing a work schedule, and monitoring progress toward the goal.

Desired Qualifications & Experience preference are:
* Graduation/Post-graduation in Languages (Hindi/English)
* Experience of content development, course designing and facilitation in face-to-face and online mode.

Compensation: Compensation for the position will be negotiable depending upon the candidate's knowledge, skill and experience.
