About the Project

This role is part of an education & community development initiative supported by Azim Premji Foundation, focusing on improving the quality of education, community awareness, and child health monitoring in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor educational & awareness activities at the cluster level

Conduct regular village meetings to share information on education, health, and nutrition

Identify malnourished children and ensure follow-up with concerned authorities

Collect complete socio-economic and demographic information of assigned villages

Work closely with school teachers, headmasters, and community leaders

Organize training sessions and capacity-building workshops for teachers & volunteers

Prepare and submit monthly field reports and documentation

Travel regularly to schools and villages within the cluster

Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in NGO/Education/Community/Health work

Good communication and community mobilization skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)

Own motorcycle/vehicle with valid driving license is mandatory

Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ?15,000 per month

Travel Allowance: ?2,500 per month
