Role Overview:

The Exit Counter Optometrist manages the final participant experience, ensuring accurate dispensing, complete documentation, feedback collection, and smooth closure of services.

Key Responsibilities:

? Collect participant feedback and record it on the portal/forms.
? Verify all documents, signatures, and attachments for completeness.
? Dispense spectacles after matching IDs and performing a final vision check.
? Educate participants on spectacle usage and care.
? Ensure handover of complete Exit Kit (handbook, health card, materials).
? Escalate vision issues to the Senior Optometrist for re-evaluation.
? Manage alternative delivery (pickup/courier) when spectacles are unavailable.
? Maintain accurate records of feedback, escalations, and logistics.
? Ensure proper setup and organisation of the exit counter.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Diploma / Bachelor's in Optometry.
? 1-2 years of experience in dispensing or customer-facing roles.
? Basic knowledge of digital entry systems and troubleshooting.

? Strong people management and communication skills.
? High attention to detail in verification and documentation.
? Problem-solving ability for complaints and delays.

? Accuracy in spectacle dispensing (zero mismatch errors).
? 100% completeness of documentation and signatures.
? Effective handling and escalation of complaints.
? Accuracy in recording delivery/logistics details.
? Quality and volume of participant feedback.
