Key Responsibilities
* Input text accurate in both English and Hindi languages.
* Format scientific formulas and mathematical equations.
* Maintain high data accuracy and formatting consistency
* Accurately transcribe data from physical papers, audio recordings, or scanned images into computer systems and spreadsheets.
* Compare entered data against source documents to identify and correct errors, typos, or inconsistent formatting.
* Maintain and organize both physical archives and digital filing systems for easy information retrieval.
* Export, format, and prepare periodic data reports or summaries as requested by management.
* Perform general clerical tasks, such as scanning, printing, and backing up data.

Essential Requirements and Skills
* Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
* Language Skills: Fast and accurate Hindi typing (Kruti Dev or Mangal script).
* Technical Skills: Strong Understanding of mathematical and scientific signs, symbols and notations.
* Clear written and verbal communication to coordinate with supervisors and clarify missing or unclear information.
