Position: Farmer Coordination Executive

Location: Dehradun

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Coordinate regularly with farmers, Gram Pradhans, and local communities at the field level.
2. Create awareness among farmers about agriculture schemes, products, and services offered by the organization.
4. Promote agriculture-related schemes and support farmer participation in project activities.
5. Maintain good relationships with farmers, Pradhans, and village representatives.
7. Maintain records and documentation of farmers
8. Ensure timely communication between farmers and the organization regarding ongoing activities and schemes.
9. Support project monitoring, coordination, and reporting work.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Graduate in any field from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in any relevant field preferred.
3. Freshers with good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with farmers and rural communities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.
Willingness to travel for field activities.
Problem-solving and team coordination abilities.

Compensation:
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience, as per organizational norms.
