*Child Care & Welfare
Ensure proper care, protection, rehabilitation, and development of all children residing in the institution.
Monitor children's health, hygiene, nutrition, education, emotional well-being, and behavior.
Create a safe, caring, and child-friendly residential environment.
Address children's grievances and ensure safeguarding measures are followed.

*Residential Supervision
Remain available on campus for supervision and emergency response.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, sanitation, and security within the residential facility.
Supervise daily routines including meals, study time, recreation, sleeping arrangements, and medical care.

*Administration & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the institution.
Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain attendance, visitor logs, stock registers, and institutional records.

*Staff Supervision
Supervise caregivers, house parents, counselors, cooks, wardens, security guards, and support staff.
Prepare duty schedules and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with staff members.

*Documentation & Compliance
Maintain child case files, admission/discharge records, medical records, and statutory registers.
Ensure compliance with Child Welfare Committee (CWC), District Child Protection Unit (DCPU), and government regulations.
Assist during inspections, audits, and official visits.

*Coordination & Liaison
Coordinate with schools, hospitals, government departments, police, counselors, and community stakeholders.
Facilitate rehabilitation, restoration, counseling, and follow-up services for children.

*Emergency Handling
Handle emergencies, medical issues, behavioral crises, and safety incidents promptly.
Report any child protection concerns or incidents immediately as per institutional protocol.

*Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in child care, institutional management, or NGO sector.
Knowledge of child rights, Juvenile Justice Act, and child safeguarding practices preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

*Additional Requirements
Candidate must be willing to reside within the institution premises.
Ability to work in shifts/emergency situations when required.
Police verification and background checks are mandatory.
