INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FROM THIRD PARTY AGENCIES FOR CONDUCTING IMPACT ASSESSMENT

In compliance with the CSR Rules in India, Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from experienced third-party agencies (for and not-for profit) are invited to conduct Impact Assessments for initiatives namely i) Apna Ghar ii) Hemophilia Patient Assistance Program (H-PAP), iii) Blood Bank Upliftment Program (BBUP), and iv) Medical Treatment Assistance (MTA). Scope of the Assignment
- Scope: The IA agency shall be responsible for designing research methodology including % of sample, designing of questionnaire/s, conducting data collection (secondary and primary sources), data analysis, and drafting compelling reports.
- Period: Fiscal Year 2026-27
- Objectives: To measure the tangible and intangible outcomes of programs and assess the impact and positive change on target population / institutions.
- Requirements: Demonstrated experience in conducting CSR Impact Assessments, expertise in relevant sectors, and a commitment to ethical standards and data integrity.
EOI Submission Guideline
Interested agencies are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI). EOI/s should include i) technical proposal, ii) financial proposal, and iii) three latest sample reports.
1) Technical Proposal should include:
a) Overview of the Agency:
- The agency should provide a brief account of its experience in conducting Impact Assessments, specifically within the realm of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- A brief on previous projects undertaken, the sectors covered, and the methodologies employed.
- Previous track record in conducting multistate assignments within timelines.
b) Proposed Methodology:
- The proposed methodology should be tailored to initiative specific and outline how the agency intends to assess the impact of Intas Foundation's initiatives.
- It should detail the approach to data collection, analysis, sample size, interpretation, etc. Mentioning specific tools or techniques to be utilized to provide clarity on the assessment process and reporting.
c) Timeline:
A timeline (90 days) for completing the Impact Assessment assignment, including key milestones and estimated durations for each phase of the assessment and reporting process.
d) Team Composition and Qualifications:
- The agency should introduce key team members who will be involved in conducting the Impact Assessments, highlighting their qualifications and relevant experience.
- The agency may emphasize the diversity and expertise of the team, including individuals with backgrounds in social research, data analysis, program evaluation, and subject matter experts in relevant sectors.
2) The Financial Proposal should include:
- A breakdown of costs associated with conducting the Impact Assessment, including personnel, travel, data collection tools, analysis software, and any other relevant expenses.
- The proposal should be transparent and aligned with industry standards, reflecting a balance between a_ordability and quality.
- The agency quote should be all-inclusive rate including applicable taxes.
3) Sample Report/s
- The agency should share relevant sample reports from previous CSR Impact Assessment assignments. The sample reports should highlight the agency’s approach, methodologies employed, and key findings.
- The selected agency will be signing an NDA and ensure the report meets expected standards of reporting.
4) Criteria For Selection of the Agency
The agency shall be selected on following criteria: i) experience in conducting similar assignments, ii) quality of sample report/s, iii) team strength and diversity, and iv) cost competitiveness (in INR).
5) EoI Submission Procedure
