About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to lead our Maternal Health, Nutrition and Family Planning initiatives. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for public health and community development.

Qualifications & Skills
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or Rural Development (MBA or equivalent).
• 5 – 7 years of post-qualification experience in: Field implementation, Project management
• Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution
• Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities
• Ensure compliance with program goals and donor requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting

Team Leadership & Capacity Building
• Lead and manage project teams
• Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain strong liaison with:
• Government departments
• NGOs and civil society organizations
• Corporate partners and donors

Reporting & Accountability
• Ensure timely submission of all reports and documentation
