SThree Welfare Services Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013. Several senior and experienced professionals from different parts of the country support and guide the organization.

Mobilizer Recruitment
The organization is currently recruiting "Mobilizers" for any district or block in India. Any male or female candidate may be appointed as a Mobilizer if they fulfill the following conditions:
* Age should be below 30 years.
* Must have completed graduation.
* Should possess good communication and convincing skills.
* Must have a smartphone and a two-wheeler vehicle for field travel.
* Should be highly dedicated toward assigned work.
* Must be willing to work with performance and target-based monthly fees.
* Should be digitally literate.

Career Guidance Initiative
Career guidance is a basic requirement for students of all educational boards. Unfortunately, many students are unable to decide their career paths due to various reasons. Therefore, the organization helps students of Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12 in choosing suitable career paths and also supports them in progressing further in those careers.

AI Training Initiative
The demand for Artificial Intelligence (AI) trained individuals is rapidly increasing. People trained in AI are likely to replace those who are not trained in AI. AI is both the present and the future. Therefore, the organization has started providing basic AI training to anyone interested in learning AI tools.

Financial Literacy Initiative
Financial literacy has become an important part of life because both family and national economies are growing. At the same time, financial fraud and risky investment options are also increasing. Therefore, the organization has started educating people financially. It helps individuals and families create need-based financial plans, identify better investment options, and protect themselves from fraud.

Main Responsibilities of Mobilizers
1. Mobilize pre-graduate students to participate in career guidance sessions.
2. Mobilize individuals interested in learning AI to participate in AI training sessions.
3. Mobilize families interested in financial literacy services.

Financial Benefits for Mobilizers
The monthly fees of Mobilizers will not be fixed and will vary according to their qualifications, capabilities, and efforts. Mobilizers will receive Rs 100 per student for career guidance, Rs 50 per participant for AI training, and Rs 500 per family for financial literacy services.

For example, if a Mobilizer enrolls 25 students for career guidance, 50 participants for AI training, and 5 families for financial literacy services, the total payment will be Rs 7,500.
