The CFL Trainer cum In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the CFL center(s), facilitating financial literacy training, building the capacity of community stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation of financial education initiatives. The role demands strong communication, planning, and community mobilization skills.

2.Key Roles & Responsibilities
A.Financial Literacy Training & Facilitation
?Conduct regular financial literacy sessions for SHG members, youth, and other community stakeholders.
?Develop and deliver modules on savings, credit, insurance, digital finance, budgeting, and financial planning.
?Use interactive tools and methods to engage learners effectively.
?Identify local financial issues and tailor training accordingly.
B.Program Coordination & Supervision
?Manage day-to-day operations of CFL center(s) in the assigned block/district.
?Ensure availability and proper usage of IEC materials and financial literacy kits.
?Supervise and mentor field-level facilitators and volunteers.
?Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and Gram Panchayats for joint awareness drives.
C.Community Engagement & Mobilization
?Mobilize community members to participate in CFL activities.
?Organize financial literacy camps, exhibitions, and awareness events.
?Liaise with SHG federations, local NGOs, and PRI members.
D.Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

3.Required Qualifications & Experience
?Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Social Work,Economics or related field.
?Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training, financial inclusion, or community development programs.

4.Other requirements
?The candidate should have driving license and own Vehicle for field movement.
?The Candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi, English and Preferred Local language.

Salary : Rs. 17750/-(Including 2500/- T.A)
